Christmas Part 2

On Christmas Eve it was a little quieter at our house and we took some time to have Christmas with just our little family. It was wonderful. Tyler helped everyone open everything. He had lots of fun with the giving and receiving.

Awhile before Christmas he had seen this little toy at the dollar spot at Target and Carl let him get it but told him he had to wait for Christmas He did not forget about it, and if you ask him about his favorite Christmas present, he will tell you his robot every time.

We had the boys get each other small gifts. When I took Tyler shopping to pick one out for Carsten I asked him what he wanted to get him. He immediately said a stuffed animal elephant. I wasn't all that optimistic about finding one for $5, but we found a little blue one right away! And another one that made the crinkly noises. We ended up getting one for his stocking and one from Tyler. He was so excited to buy it for him and he even got to pay for it himself.
