On Christmas Eve after dinner the kids found a few gifts under the tree. :-)
Christmas pajamas and a Christmas movie to watch before bed! They were so excited.
Christmas morning! Aria would not sit still for a single picture. The boys kept giving up on waiting for her to cooperate and would just pick her up and hold her down.
Opening their stockings!
One of my favorite parts of Christmas this year was Tyler and Carsten's excitement about giving gifts. Carsten didn't completely understand it yet. His gifts were definitely things that he would like. But it was adorable. :-)
He picked books out for Daddy.
And a coloring book for me. :-)
Tyler really thought through what he thought we would like. It was so sweet.
He got Carl an apron because "Daddy loves to cook!"
And he picked out jewelry for me. So precious.
They loved their new blankets!!
It was so fun celebrating with our little family and watching Aria experience her first Christmas. Above all we were thankful to be spending a special day together in a warm house while we celebrated the birth of our savior. We also had crepes for breakfast. Because Carl didn't want to put Christmas lights outside this year so I bribed him. :-)
A fancy dress can't stop this girl from riding bikes and crawling through tunnels!
Again, they tried...
...and tried to keep Aria from crawling away...
...until finally they just picked her up to get it over with. And as usual, she thought being dragged around by her brothers was hilarious and laughed the whole time. :-)
